MetroReach Media provides social media marketing services including organic content management, paid advertising management, and strategy consulting as described in our service agreements.
Services are billed monthly in advance. Payments are due on the invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.
Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, we'll complete any outstanding paid campaigns through the end of the billing period and disconnect platform integrations within 48 hours of the end date.
Content created for your business (posts, ad creative, strategy documents) belongs to you upon full payment. Our proprietary systems and methodologies remain our intellectual property.
While we work diligently to deliver results, marketing outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control (market conditions, platform algorithm changes, competitive activity). Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service period in question.
You agree to comply with the terms of service of each social media and advertising platform we manage on your behalf. We're not responsible for account suspensions or ad rejections resulting from platform policy violations outside our control.
